I never accept a complete reinstall as a solution because.well, it isn't a solution. The support team member walked through about 95% of the same steps I did myself the previous day and then told me there isn't much else to be done except a reinstall of Windows. After a day of troubleshooting this myself I decided to consult Autodesk support.
